2. Event Payments
When you make a payment for an event, you are paying for the creation and management of your DJ event. This includes the ability to receive and manage song requests from your audience. The payment is for the event duration and service, not per individual song request.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- You cancel the event any time before it is scheduled to begin
- Technical issues on our platform prevent your event from functioning properly
- Our service experiences a significant outage during your scheduled event time
Refunds are not typically available in these situations:
- You cancel the event after it has already started
- You've already used the event services (received and managed requests)
- The event has concluded
- You decide to end your event earlier than the purchased duration
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@discospedidos.com within 7 days of the event date. Please include:
- The event name and date
- Your order or transaction ID
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting evidence or information
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
5. Event Cancellations
If you need to cancel an event, please do so through your DJ dashboard. Cancellations made any time before the event start time may be eligible for a refund. You will receive a notification confirming your cancellation and refund status.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds when an event was interrupted due to technical issues or when we determine it's fair and appropriate to do so. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis.
7. Tier Upgrades and Downgrades
If you need to upgrade your event tier (e.g., from Basic to Premium), you will only be charged the difference in price. Downgrades to a lower tier after payment has been made may be eligible for a partial refund of the difference, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the event starts.
8. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically.
